These terms cover the Pillwright app for iPhone and iPad and this website. By using either, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Pillwright.

What Pillwright is

Pillwright is a personal organizer for medicines and supplements. It helps you record what you take, when to take it, and what to watch for, and it flags known interactions and spacing rules from published sources. It is a tool for information and reminders, not a medical service. Read the medical disclaimer, which is part of these terms.

Your responsibilities

• Enter your medicines accurately. The app can only check what you tell it.
• Follow the instructions of your prescriber and pharmacist, including when they differ from anything the app shows.
• Keep your device secure. Health data is stored on it and we cannot recover it for you.
• Use the app for yourself or for someone you care for with their knowledge.

Pillwright Plus

Plus is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. A subscription renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel in your device settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. Every safety feature remains free whether or not you subscribe.

Knowledge base

The drug knowledge base is compiled from public sources such as FDA labeling and reviewed before release. We work to keep it accurate and current, but it may be incomplete or out of date, and it cannot account for your personal medical situation. We may update, correct, or remove entries at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer the app, interfere with the service, scrape the website, or use the assistant to generate harmful content. Do not use the waitlist with addresses you do not own.

Intellectual property

Pillwright, its design, and its content are owned by Jester Lloyd Bautista, PhD, NP. Your data is yours. Open-source components are used under their licenses, listed in the app.

No warranty

Pillwright is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app is error-free or that any flag or omission is correct.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Jester Lloyd Bautista, PhD, NP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on information in the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for Plus in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it. You can stop using Pillwright at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend access to online features for abuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for the app.
